Since its foundation in Germany in 1990, TOP TEN has focused on peripheral storage devices. At the beginning, we concentrated on interface modifications for proprietary computer systems, and soon thereafter began servicing backup drives. As tape drive repairs began picking up Top Ten expanded its operations to Switzerland, Spain and the USA, allowing us to service multinational corporations and their peripheral storage needs. Today, we are a leading manufacturer-independant supplier of repairs for nearly all tape drives and magneto optical drives as well as the corresponding libraries and autoloaders.
PRODUCT VARIETY AND INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
Our product range spans from the latest LTO and DLT drives to ancient ½” open reel tape drives. Whenever your faulty device is no longer covered by manufacturer warranty, TOP TEN is the right company for you. If your drive is still under your manufacturer’s warranty, please send it to their service department. Being a depot repair service, all devices are refurbished on our business premise; therefore all drives have to be sent to us. This ensures that our specialists can conduct their error analysis, error recovery and testing under ideal conditions.
Our customers are manufacturers, IT maintenance companies, resellers and distributors, who offer a quality service to their end users through our in depth repairs. We are proud to have many renowned reseller companies in the United States and in Europe on our list of customers. End users who manage their service needs independently also rely on our repair services.
We also offer maintenance contracts which allows you to exchange your defective IT equipment until the next business day.
