PRICES AND TERMS
The prices displayed are fixed prices (including all labor and spare parts) excluding shipping costs and taxes. Payment in full is due upon receipt of the goods. We appreciate your understanding that C.O.D./C.C. payment is required from new customers. Our general terms and conditions apply.
Fixed repair prices are not applicable in case of damage caused by fire, use of force, excess voltage or unauthorized intervention. In these cases you will receive a cost estimate.
Should "cost estimate" appear upon your price inquiry on our website, please send us your device. We will send you a cost estimate within 24 hours after receiving your drive. This cost estimate is free of charge. If you then decide not to use our service we will only charge you for the return shipment expenses.
