Please send us your device freight prepaid with an error description and a repair order. You do not need to request an RMA number.
PRICES AND TERMS
The prices displayed are fixed prices (including all labor and spare parts) exclusive shipping costs and taxes. Payment in full is due upon receipt of the goods. We appreciate your understanding that C.O.D. payment is required from new customers. Our general terms and conditions apply.

Should „cost estimate“ appear upon your price inquiry on our website, then please send us your device. We will send you a cost estimate within 24 hours after receiving your drive. This cost estimate is free of charge.Should you then decide not to use our service, we will only charge you for the return shipment expenses.
EXPRESS REPAIR
Need instant repair? No problem – we offer a 24 hour express service. Just add a 30% to the repair price of the drive in question.
